Product description

Beulco Quickturn plunger valves offer an ideal solution. Extremely low installation heights make planning and mounting an easy job. It only takes a few turns for the valve to completely open or close. Replacing or maintaining the valve upper parts is not necessary, since all the functional elements of the assembly are maintenance-free. 

Features:

  • Pipeline closing without water-hammer effect, quickly and safely
  • Later replacement of the valve upper part has been dropped

  • Easy operating by ergonomically formed wheel (knob)
  • Quick operating with only a few turns from fully ON to fully >OFF position
  • Turning direction is shown on the knob
  • Label on the knob may be customized for clear marking of the pipelines
  • Non-rising upper part
  • All the plunger valve functioning parts are maintenance-free (permanent lubricating film)
  • Upper part without clearance volume
  • Manner of installation on request
  • Low installation height
  • The sealing piston is resistant against accumulation of deposits owing to a special profile

  • Blue turning knob is made of mineral-fibre reinforced plastic
  • Massive sealing piston with double sealing EPDM-coating
  • Valve housing made of antimicrobial brass, in accordance with the drinking water standard DIN 50930, part 6, item 8.5, from 01/01/2003
  • Transient values in accordance with DIN 3546, part 1 and DIN EN 1213 for volumetric flow rate class Vb
