Properties
Made of high-grade plastic material (Luran S; manufacturer: BASF) with the following properties:
- High UV-light stability and resistant to atmospheric conditions,
- High resistance to fading,
- High resistance to chemicals,
- Resistance to temperatures between -20° and +80°C,
- High rigidity and robustness against fracture.
The material is also suitable for numerous other fields of external application such as in automotive industry, boat industry, for gardening and household – exactly where all the above mentioned features come into play.
"Clip-in" locking system:
- A flexible self-locking system enables the preparation of "information" directly on-site (inserts),
- The fields are entirely painted and thus scratch-resistant,
- The surface of the plate with insert fields is smooth and easy to clean,
- All inscriptions are hot-printed (jet) in the process of plate /field manufacturing, and are non-erasable.
The patented self-locking system ("clip-in") completely protects the insert fields on the plate, making removal by non-authorized personnel impossible (tamper-proof).
The locking system is available with various empty insert fields, alphabetic or numeric insert fields, and also with special symbols of different colours. Hot-printing on a backing plate or on the fields for eventual additional indications (or a logo) is also possible. All fields are standardized according to the program sizes of the company FP.
